1. Platform Services

That's My Brief connects brands with vetted freelance creative and marketing talent in India.

2. Fees and Payments

We charge a 10% platform fee on all completed projects. Online payments are processed through Razorpay when available and follow the milestone terms shown for the project. Approved refunds may be full or partial depending on the project circumstances and agreed terms.

3. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding project deliverables or payments will be mediated and resolved by the TMB team. Our decision is final.

4. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
