1. Platform Services

That's My Brief connects brands with vetted freelance creative and marketing talent in India.

2. Fees and Payments

We charge a 10% platform fee on all completed projects. Payments are held in escrow via Razorpay until milestones are approved by the client.

3. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding project deliverables or payments will be mediated and resolved by the TMB team. Our decision is final.

4. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
