That's My Brief is a managed marketplace connecting clients with vetted creative and marketing freelancers in India.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the briefs and information you submit.

4. Payments and Fees

Posting a brief is free. If you choose to hire a freelancer through our platform, terms of payment, project scope, and deliverables will be agreed upon separately prior to commencement of work.

5. Limitation of Liability

That's My Brief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
